Building, maintaining and enhancing Design Systems for mobile app and desktop web app. Making DS become common use among Design and Engineering teams;

Partnering with all designers and engineers to drive consistency and usability across our app ecosystem;

Working with Internal design team for design review before shipping external. Make sure to ship the best solution as possible;

Working closely with Product team to analyze product requirements, creating user flows, building from wireframes to hi-fidelity designs, prototyping and reviewing to make sure the design fits customer and business needs.

Working alongside Engineering and QA teams for design clarification and UI testing to reach product quality (2 scrum teams);

Planning, conducting, making report from usability testing of the company products as well as competitors;

Propose and lead the design for a new visual of 2 apps: Transport and Delivery;

Responsible for the visual, experience design of beDelivery, beFood, beTruck apps and portals;

Supporting Product team to analyze product features, workflows and create user stories.

Achievements

Ride-hailing platform: Customer app, Driver app (version 1.0). Building from scratch;

New visual for Ride-hailing and Delivery Customer app (version 3.0);

Logistic platform with 3 products: On-demand delivery, Truck delivery, eCom Express: Customer app, Driver app, Operation Portal. Building from scratch;

Food Online Delivery platform: Customer app, Driver app, Merchant app & portal, Operation Portal. Ready for launching;

Design Systems for multi-services product (mobile and desktop).
